FAQ
Vire Sticks FAQ
Q: What makes Vire Sticks different from other hockey sticks?
A: We offer great sticks at affordable prices, specializing in giving you the ability to choose your stick exactly how you like it to fit your play style. Whether you want a specific curve, flex, or hand, you’re in control.
Q: Can I order a custom stick?
A: Yes! Custom orders let you pick the exact specs you want. They’re just $20 more than our in-stock sticks and usually take about 4–8 weeks for delivery.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: In-stock sticks typically ship within 2–3 business days. Custom sticks are built to your specs and generally take 4–8 weeks to arrive. All orders are shipped directly from our location in Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We do not accept returns on used sticks. If your stick arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect, contact us and we’ll make it right. Exchanges and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: At this stage in our growth, we do not currently offer a warranty beyond obvious manufacturing defects. This allows us to keep prices lower for players. We are exploring options to add protection plans in the future.
Q: What curve and flex should I choose?
A: The right choice depends on your style of play, but for most players we recommend the P92 curve, since it’s versatile and great for shooting, passing, and puck control. Flex is usually best at around half your body weight, but we’re happy to help guide you toward the right setup.
Q: Do you make the sticks yourselves?
A: Our sticks are manufactured overseas to our specifications by a trusted partner who produces sticks for players around the world. By working closely with this supplier, we’re able to deliver pro-level quality at a fraction of the cost while still stocking and shipping directly from the U.S.
Q: How do I measure my stick?
A: We measure our sticks by putting them backside flat against a wall, then measuring from the floor to the grip.
